Starting from Olive Downs Campground Road this walk takes you through Sturt National Park. Look out for Aboriginal rock engravings and middens. At the end have a picnic at Olive Downs campground. Let us begin by acknowledging the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we travel today, and pay our respects to their Elders past and present.

  • Turn left onto Jump-Up Loop Road and drive for another 850 m
  • Turn right onto Olive Downs Campground Road and drive for another 295 m

There is a camp site (about 45 m back from the start).

After another 4.1 km pass the toilet (30 m on your left).
At the intersection of Olive Downs Campground Road & Jump-Up walking track turn right, to head along Olive Downs Campground Road (a vehicle track).
After another 55 m (at the intersection of Jump-Up walking track & Olive Downs Campground Road) continue straight, to head along Olive Downs Campground Road.
About 15 m past the end is a BBQ.
