Starting from the car park off Muirrilup Road, Northcliffe, this circuit walk takes you to the Art in Nature Walk. This walk is immersed in a series of artworks that are placed in a natural bush setting and allows visitors to experience a museum setting in an open area. Some of them interact with the ecosystem and fill the hollows of trees, while there are written and auditory works that adolescents can enjoy as well. You might want to be aware of snakes during the summer days. The walk is open between 9.30am – 4.00pm with last entry at 3pm. Let us begin by acknowledging the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we travel today, and pay our respects to their Elders past and present.
Before you start any bushwalk ensure you;
• Tell someone you trust where you are going and what to do if you are overdue
• Have adequate equipment, supplies, skills & knowledge for the whole journey
• Consider the impact of weather forecasts, park/track closures & fire dangers
• Can respond to emergencies & call for help at any point
• Are healthy and fit enough for this journey
If not, change plans and stay safe. It is okay to delay and ask people for help.

Getting started From the Northcliffe Visitor Centre car park on Muirillup Road (approximately 80 metres east of the intersection with Windy Harbour Road), head towards the red informational signpost (sheltered) along the car park. Then turn right and get on the reddish footpath, passing by the white informational signpost (to your left). Go through the door with the tall yellow information flag next to it. After you pay the entry fee, go out the back door of the building and head on the boardwalk. After about 45 metres, turn/veer left at the Y intersection to continue along the Understory Sculpture Circuit (clockwise).
From the Northcliffe Visitor Centre car park on Muirillup Road (approximately 80 metres east of the intersection with Windy Harbour Road), head towards the red informational signpost (sheltered) along the car park.
